She can help you. You would do well to get a copy of this and put it to use.
You might balk at the title – I did. But as I read, the author took me on an intimate journey, from being overwhelmed by her own stresses onward through the discoveries she had made for herself and eventually to a whole new thought realm. The encouragement to use this stress thing as a guide and the simple actions that we can all do make the book not only practical and logical, but also warm and understanding. I not only urge you to go on the journey, let go of your baggage and enjoy the trip, I’d say buy copies for your friends and take them on the adventure with you! Bon voyage!
Outstanding book on dealing with Stress!! This book is written from the perspective that stress is good for you, if you know how to tap into it. Robyn does an excellent job of stepping through the benefits of stress and includes exercises in each chapter to help you do that. She also provides a free meditation resource with her book. This book is written very well and I couldn’t stop reading it! A totally new perspective and beneficial for everyone!
I enjoyed the commonsense and healthy approach this book has regarding living life and dealing with stress. Within the generous information the author provides, she stresses exercising daily, meditating, eating wholesome meals, drinking plenty of water, de-cluttering our life, spending time with positive people, and considering stress as not a bad thing but an alert to make us aware something is not right within our body. These are things most of us already know, but the author writes in a manner that helps us more easily understand the right direction to a healthier life.
